Accounting Accountant - Systems Melbourne Contract or Temp The Client My client is a long-standing Financial Services institution with decades of service to the Melbourne market.
With a portfolio into the Billions under management, they have recently set themselves to expanding the business - taking on greater market cap and transforming the finance team into a high-performance function.
Offering above-market Superannuation, additional leave days and flexible working arrangements with a central office location, they are seeking an experienced Accountant/Analyst with  hands-on experience in Project Management and Complex ERP Implementation.
The Role Working hands-on alongside the Financial Controller and CFO you will be responsible for: Initial analysis and documentation of existing business processes.
Working hands-on with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and preparedness for migration.
Conducting User Acceptance Testing for the Finance team.
Working closely with the implementation partner to develop new systems solutions.
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across to deliver improvements and train end users.
The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this position should have: Hands-on industry accounting experience (CA/CPA Qualification  strongly preferred ).
Demonstrated experience in project managing end-to-end implementation of Complex ERP systems.
Experience in Workday is  strongly preferred .
Strong communication skills, and ability to fosters relationships with diverse personalities.
High level Excel skills (additional experience with data analysis tools is beneficial).
