The Group Finance Officer will lead end-to-end finance processes, influence strategic decisions, and enjoy a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The Role:
As our standalone Finance Lead, you will:

Manage Accounts: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, perform reconciliations, and manage the month-end cycle to ensure accuracy and compliance. Lead Payroll and Leave Management: Administer payroll and the leave management system using Xero, ensuring precision and timely processing. Handle BAS Lodgements: Take responsibility for Business Activity Statements, keeping BuildCap compliant and efficient. Reconcile Project Settlements: Work closely with project teams to reconcile land and project settlements as we reach key milestones. Year-End Coordination: Liaise with external accountants for the preparation of BuildCap's year-end financials and tax returns. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare comprehensive financial statements across BuildCap and its entities, supporting accurate and timely reporting. Cash Flow Forecasting and Financial Strategy: Provide support with cash flow forecasting and strategic financial planning, helping to guide BuildCap's growth and financial resilience. Investor Relations and Communication: Manage investor enquiries and transitions, ensuring clear, transparent communication to build trust and maintain strong relationships. Attractions:
