Senior Finance Officer - Casual

About Us: Located in Wingfield SA, Wind Turbine Services Australia works in the renewable energy sector across Australia. We specialise in installation, service and maintenance of wind turbines. WTS currently has an opportunity for a self-motivated, confident Senior Finance Officer to join our team and work from our Wingfield Warehouse Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm
About You: Self-motivated and can work independently as well as part of the team.Ensure the efficient operation of finance function and systems.Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.Organised, can prioritise and comfortable managing high workloads.Good record keeping skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Good knowledge of Xero and Microsoft programs.Knowledge of Assignar would be an advantage.Experience with Government reporting (ATO, BAS and PAYG, etc..). Drivers licence. 3+ years' experience.Tasks and Responsibilities: Accounts payable, receivable, purchase orders and reconciliation of accounts and credit cards.Able to process, maintain and manage all weekly payroll functions, including LSL and Superannuation.Manage and process ATO, BAS, PAYG, RTW/Workcover, etc..Reconciliation and payment of contractor accounts. Weekly timesheet reporting, invoicing and submission of progress payments to client. Monthly reconciliation and cost tracking of projects.
