The Opportunity A rare and fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced, dynamic, collaborative and analytical senior finance professional to join the Dexus Retail Property Performance team as Senior Finance Manager.
The Senior Finance Manager will oversee the delivery of analytical services across a portfolio of real estate assets. Partnering with business leaders and the Property Finance Management team, this role will deliver insightful information which identifies financial impact, trends, risks and opportunities to enhance decision making and ultimately commercial success.
You will make an impact by:
Supervising all analytical services across a portfolio of real estate assets including sensitivity analysis, and financial modelling for sales and acquisitions, operating metrics, etc. Overseeing the delivery of financial and property performance. Business partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders and managing the day-to-day delivery of value-add and commercially focused insights to improve quality of business decisions. Delivering internal valuation forecasts and leading the benchmarking process. Leading and developing a team of property and finance professionals ensuring regular and ongoing feedback, motivation and support. About You The ideal candidate will bring an extensive background in property analytics, asset management or finance working across senior stakeholders cross functionally. You will be highly analytical and collaborative in nature with a strength in extracting, reviewing and presenting property and financial performance metrics to diverse stakeholder groups. You will be an engaging leader showcasing the ability to build effective and high-performing teams, with a genuine passion for the growth, development, and the wellbeing of your team. Partnered with solid influencing skills, you will have a demonstrated ability to convert property and financial data into meaningful information, and thereby creatively and proactively engage with key senior leaders across the business in delivering value-adding, commercially focused insights.
