About Our ClientOur client is a growing start-up in the healthcare services space.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to:Review controls and processes and develop governance and complianceCreate & develop suite of reports and processesFinancial & Management ReportingPartner with the boardCreation of board reporting pack and presentation to the boardTaxation obligationsAssist with Funding and Investment raising activitiesContinuous improvement of systems and processesLiaising with the BankManagement of a bookkeeperAssist and partner with CEO with strategic growth opportunitiesThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will ideally be/have:CA/CPA qualifiedBackground in Business Services or audit (preferred)Exposure within a high-growth, fast-paced environmentPassion for process improvementExcellent communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsWhat's on OfferCompetitive rate & salaryCommercial and strategic role with a real opportunity to add valueHybrid working arrangement
