Here, every day is an opportunity to collaborate with diverse experts, solve challenging problems, and make a tangible impact on the environment and the industry.The Role:As the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing key financial processes, including month-end close, balance sheet management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow monitoring, audit, tax, and payroll. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong background in financial accounting in scale ups.You will be a strong technical accountant and always looking for areas to improve to ensure the scalability of the finance day to day operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end month-end close including preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow), ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Manage the AP and AR functions, ensuring efficient cash flow management, quick issue resolutions and timely payments.Oversee annual audit, tax compliance and payroll processesCollaborate with internal stakeholders (finance and non finance) to gather relevant financial data and provide insights for management reporting.Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial information and ensure financial integrity.Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and professional growth.Work on exciting ad-hoc projects that contribute to the scalability of the business (ERP implementation, corporate restructure, R&D capitalisation, PMI).As a member of the Finance Leadership team, contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and business initiatives.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
