Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Reporting to both the Company Director and General manager, the Finance Manager will be accountable for the below activities across multiple company entities (Australia, Europe and UK)Manage all finance and accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P, BAS, VAT, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Income Statements.Produce and publish accurate and timely financial reporting, budgets and reforecasts on regular business cycles across multiple company entities and currency.Ensure business meets all current statutory and compliance obligations pertaining to Finance/AccountingPayroll across all company entitiesWork with system partners to deliver finance systems solutions (hardware and software products) to support business productivity, including preparation of proposal recommendations on future financial system design and implementation of approved investments.Ensure data integrity is maintainedCreate and maintain technical, project planning and documentation of business processes related to financial activities to strengthen internal controls. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver productivity efficiencies and lead to profit growth outcomes. Drive a high-performing and team spirited culture through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and general management of direct reports.About YouThe ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, along with a deep understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting. You will be a qualified CA/CPA and have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Financial Controller.You will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with success in this role driven by your capacity to lead effectively and inspire teams to deliver high performance. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commercial acumen are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft GP and Salesforce would be considered highly advantageous but not a necessity. Proven experience in multi-currency and multi entity businesses would also be regarded highly.
