We are excited to announce that we are seeking to fill the newly created role of Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis, based in our Southbank office.
In this career-defining role, you will lead and manage the delivery of all financial information and analysis to the Executive Leadership Team, the Board and our parent entity in Japan, in order to inform and enable strategic decision making for the organisation as a whole.
You will provide leadership and mentoring to the Financial Planning & Analysis team, build excellent relationships with the broader commercial finance time and take overall accountability for the group's strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting financial processes.
Key responsibilities Leadership, coaching and support of the FPA team and broader Finance team across end-to-end financial planningDelivery of Oceania's internal mid-term plan and financial management reporting to the ELT, Board and our parent entityBudgets, forecasting, costing, financial target setting and cost managementIdentification of process optimisation opportunities and implementation of improvementsAccountability for the Group's budgeting and forecasting processesFostering and developing strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders, both within and external to the organisationAbout You Significant experience in a similar senior accounting / finance role supporting the strategic direction of a large corporate organisation / matrixed FMCGOutstanding stakeholder management, leadership and influencing skills across all levelsProblem-solving/solutions-focused mindsetRecord of achievement in advocating, influencing change at an organisational-wide levelAsahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
