About our Dealership
Kelly Trotter Motor Group have been selling & servicing vehicles in the Cardiff & Lake Macquarie Region since 1995. Our Dealership offers an extensive range of new & used vehicles including – Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Isuzu & GMSV.
At Kelly Trotter Motor Group we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service through our Sales & Service Departments. Our Sales team works closely with our finance department to ensure we deliver our customers an exceptional buying experience via our panel of lenders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage & oversee the daily operations of the finance department.
Lead & mentor a small team of finance managers, providing guidance & support.
Develop & implement strategies to maximise finance department profitability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements & company policy.
Build strong relationships with financial institutions & insurance providers.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to structure robust sales processes ensuring we deliver the best customer experience.
Monitor finance department performance KPI's & implement improvements as needed.
Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the automotive industry.
Excellent understanding of finance & motor vehicle insurance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & competitive sales environment.
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
Strong Leadership & Managerial skills with a record of accomplishment in finance sales & team development.
Current finance & insurance accreditations preferred
