As a Senior Finance Business Partner , you will successfully partner with senior stakeholders to drive effective financial planning and financial forecasting, where you will provide financial analysis, management reporting, forecasting on a range of change and business as usual activities.
You will be confident at partnering across a multi stakeholder and complex change environment covering topics such as resource forecasting, strategic planning and cost allocation to drive the best allocation of scarce resources.
Your Background Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and analytical reporting to support decision making.Demonstrated ability to proactively identify drivers in financial risks and recommend actions to mitigate.Extensive experience in preparing, monitoring and reporting of annual and project budgets and forecasts.Experience with budgeting and management reporting processes, including preparation of internal management reports. Advanced skills and experience using budgeting and planning tools such as Planning Analytics, PeopleSoft Financials, Excel, Microsoft Office.Advanced knowledge of management accounting principles and their practical application.Exposure to Risk and Human Resources advantageousTertiary qualifications in accounting, CA, CPA. You will report to the Manager, Finance Management Reporting, working with a team of Finance Business Partners to support the Executive leaders of the Bank make the best financial decisions. Finance offers advisory support and services to help stakeholders plan and budget, purchase goods and services, support the employee experience, manage risk, prioritise portfolio projects, and understand the Bank's financial reporting obligations.
