Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: This position can be based anywhere in Australia, within driving distance of genU's operations.Employment Status: Full-time preferred; open to 0.8 FTE.Salary: $115,000 - $121,000 p.a. + 11.5% super | Negotiable based on skills and experience.Not-for-Profit Benefits: Salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year, plus additional meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a.Work Flexibility: Hybrid role with remote work options.About the Role:As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in advising senior leaders on strategic financial decisions and driving the financial performance of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:Partnering with Leaders: Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit teams, providing financial insights and guidance to enhance performance.Leading & Inspiring: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring financial targets and business objectives are met.Driving Strategy: Support business units in achieving their strategic goals, managing the budget and forecast cycles, and providing commercial and financial analysis.Delivering Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational performance to key stakeholders.About You:Our ideal candidate is an experienced financial leader with strong business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
