About Our Client This is a genuine business partnering role where you will not be overseeing any financial control and focused on supporting operations. The successful candidate will:
Lead change initiatives within the business unit.Act as a financial sparring partner for management functions.Proactively monitor business performance, initiating reviews and corrective actions.Drive project controlling and the business investment application process.Lead or support financial workstreams in potential merger and acquisition projects.Develop restructuring proposals and cost-saving initiatives.Share financial knowledge across business and functional units.Identify process inefficiencies, propose changes, and implement corrective plans.Undertake any additional tasks required by management.
