This Senior Finance Business Partner role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the local commercial team, providing critical financial information for decision-making; covering historical, current and future performance. The successful candidate will drive improvements in reporting and analysis to support operational excellence and business results. This role also supports the international Finance department on cost initiatives and strategic projects.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be part of the local management team and play an instrumental role in providing management with crucial financial information that aids in decision-making. You will prepare comprehensive financial plans that align with future business strategies. Your role will involve performing fixed cost controlling activities while continuously improving current ways of working. You will develop investment proposals that support growth while monitoring key financial metrics such as profitability, cost, working capital and cash flow. Your ability to develop and lead by measurable KPIs will be essential in achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
Provide management with financial information and business review and analysis for planning, budgeting, decision making and controllingPrepare financial plans and estimates of future business plans, budget and strategyPerform fixed cost controlling activities and analyse monthly cost centre performanceImprove current ways of working, tools, methods and processesDevelop investment proposals to support growth and operational improvementMonitor profitability, cost, working capital and cash flow developmentDevelop and track KPIs to deliver short-term and long-term goalsSupport sales, project delivery and other functions in specific financial mattersParticipate in finance projects at company levelEnsure that adequate controls are in place for the business
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Business Partner role will bring a wealth of experience in high-level financial business partnering roles. You will have a relevant academic degree and ideally, a CPA or CA qualification. Your experience in manufacturing companies or similar industries within a global business environment will be highly valued. You will demonstrate strong capabilities in using finance tools, ideally with experience in SAP. A good understanding of IFRS, local GAAP and tax regulations will be key.
