The primary purpose of this position is to partner with our IT divisional leadership team to provide strategic financial advice and support so they can achieve core business objectives.
You'll be responsible for:
As finance representative, collaborate closely with the divisional management team and proactively provide coaching, strategic guidance, and operational support on critical finance issues to the business.
Own the end-to-end divisional finance topics, translating financial implications for Senior Management.
Lead the Divisional delivery for forecasting and planning processes to ensure requirements are accounted for and provided to the Finance Planning and Reporting Teams and Senior Management.
Partner with and leverage resources from the various finance squads in an agile manner to implement solutions that meet business needs.
Provide expert Finance advice relating to the delivery and execution of the financial performance of the division.
Support Finance teams to successfully deliver to Allianz Group financial deadlines and requirements.
Lead and coach team members to build high performing, collaborative and engaged teams.
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditations.
IT Business Partnering experience in a medium to large Financial Services organisation.
Comprehensive understanding of organisational financial frameworks and experience in financial management processes, resources, and systems, providing advice to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
Strong communication skills and ability to deliver storylines to senior management.
Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to co-create strategy and valuable analytical solutions with key business stakeholders.
