AU$175000 - AU$195000 per annum + Benefits and Bonus AvailableResponsibilities:Identify opportunities for improving financial processes and systems.Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyse financial data.Ensure financial practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Manage and coordinate the team activities, aligning them with departmental goals and deadlines.
Promote professional development and drive team performance through effective leadership and support.Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Develop and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews.Oversee the budgeting process across departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies, including profitability analysis, cost management, and scenario planning.Experience:Minimum of 9 years within A&F / Finance business partnering and analytical roles.Bachelor's degree in Finance and a CA/CPA qualification is a must.Ability to lead a small team of qualified accountants.Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to present to senior leadership.Job Type:
