Our day-to-day is made stronger when we surround ourselves with people who are different, like you.Your RoleReporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be an experienced finance professional who will be the lead business partner for one of the Member Experience or Partner Campaigns and Offers tribes.Full profit and loss accountability to provide planning, reporting, decision support, insights, and financial advice across the commercial, data, and insights team.Experience in leading annual budget/corporate planning processes including approved assumptions in forecasts.Support our coalition partners in achieving shared goals and aspirations with Flybuys.Analysis of financial and non-financial KPI periodic results compared to budget and forecast relating to the tribes and squads.Experience in dealing with external stakeholders, with the ability to effectively negotiate commercial outcomes.Lead and develop continuous improvement initiatives.Drive efficiencies by improving finance processes in an Agile environment.Work collaboratively within the commercial finance team, and across the broader finance team to support business decisions.Your ExperienceTertiary Qualifications in Finance or Accounting, and/or equivalent industry experience.Demonstrated advanced Excel spreadsheet skills in delivering management reports in an accurate and efficient manner, with robust risk controls.A track record of demonstrating process improvements.Demonstrated ability to set and manage the timeline of deliverables whilst meeting stakeholders' expectations.Demonstrated ability to independently identify and resolve financial issues across management reporting and budgeting.Commercial mindset with the demonstrated ability to explain complex problems in simple terms.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience with value driver trees and reporting of OKRs.A track record of proactively engaging with the business to enhance the quality of management reports.Accounting Software Knowledge - D365 (Microsoft Dynamics, including the project module) and other major planning system experience desirable.Influential skills to drive positive outcomes.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Your Benefits!We offer our valued team members a stack of exclusive benefits!
