The position of Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for advising and assisting the business on both financial and management accounting measures to ensure decisions can be made to achieve the best possible outcome for the business.You are responsible for:Build strong working relationships and establishing trust with the businessProviding finance leadership and accounting support to the businessProduction of management reporting, annual budgets and forecastsLiaising with departments to ensure adequate cost control and reportingAssist management with review of new business opportunitiesProvide support to the annual auditEnsuring the business is compliant with relevant tax regulations and completes all tax reporting (inc. FBT/GST)Own the balance sheet end-to-endManagement of business cashflow modelBuild and maintain financial modelsAssist with design/implementation of appropriate internal controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with controls and procedures is reviewed and reported againstManagement of day-to-day relationship with external accounts services firmSupport reporting of risk managementKey Skills:Experienced in building rapport with people at all levels of the organisationStrong analytical skills, strategic thinking and planningStrong leadership and a high level of integrity and personal driveAbility to prioritise and hit deadlinesGoing to have:Tertiary level Accounting qualifications and post-graduate qualifications – e.g.
