About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team on an 18-month max term contract with the possibility for extension. This role offers the opportunity to work in a large professional services organisation, driving financial performance, building relationships across the business, and enhancing our reporting capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements and provide robust financial support and guidance.
Analyse management accounts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance across cross centres.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements, supporting informed decision-making.
Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting process, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis.
Identify opportunities for further education in line with the company's strategic objectives and deliver training sessions where required.
About You
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
CA or CPA equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in Business Partnering, management accounting, or financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
Experience within professional services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
