You will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, improving efficiency and implementing cost effective strategies across Sir Charles Gairdner and Osborne Park Health Care Group (SCGOPHCG).
In liaison with the Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high quality and consistent financial, activity and FTE management and contribute to the ongoing improvement of performance against agreed indicators.
You will also lead and coordinate with the Divisional Finance & Business teams in reporting and compliance process. Ensuring financial and operational functions align with the core values.

Someone with an ability to lead effectively, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven financial acumen with an ability to think strategically will be essential in this role, in order to develop and execute strategies for the long term success of the business.
