About the role
We have an opportunity available for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team located in our headquarters office in Clayton on a 12-18 fixed term temporary contract basis.
This role is responsible for providing direct support and financial leadership for Dulux Merrifield, Rocklea and NZ Manufacturing sites including other core manufacturing sites, distribution warehousing, capital expenditure and freight network.
To be considered for this role, you will come from a supply chain background and have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to form close working relationships with internal manufacturing site and functional managers, the Group Manufacturing Manager, the Dulux ANZ business analysts and the Business Accounting Team.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager and managing a team of 2 direct reports, this critical leadership role acts as the 2IC to the line manager and is a trusted and credible advisor to our manufacturing sites in Australia and New Zealand.
The role is tasked with the responsibility for financial inputs, forecasting & budgeting activities, and management reporting for the sites with oversight of Manufacturing as a whole.
You will have the ability to navigate a complex entity and reporting structures as you extract, manipulate and analyse large sets of data and narrate the results that helps drive action and resolutions.
Dulux in Australia and New Zealand is a leading manufacturer of premium branded decorative paints, woodcare coatings, texture coatings, protective coatings, industrial coatings and powder coating products.
These products account for a significant portion of the DuluxGroup revenue.

Responsibilities Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data and informationPrimary finance contact for our manufacturing sitesProvide the sites with insight and analysis on performance, covering both production metrics and costs/recoveriesReview site raw material and packaging stock take outcomesProvide financial support for all annual stockades and fixed asset audits Skills & Experience CPA or CA qualificationMinimum 7 years of management accounting experience, preferably in the supply chain or manufacturing environmentFinancial modelling and reporting experienceExperience in SAP or other ERPs is preferableExcellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders Why DuluxGroup?
