We are looking for a
Senior Finance Analyst - Operations .
The role will report to the Finance Manager - Operations and support the supply chain and manufacturing teams in providing product costing, analytical, reporting and control support to ensure sound financial decision-making.
What you'll do
Costing: Support the ANZ and Global teams with respect to costing analysis.
Perform product costing set-up, roll-up, analysis and maintenance.Establish an Operations Finance reporting framework leveraging zero-base and standard costing concepts, incorporating manufacturing efficiencies, overheads and commodity inflation.Demonstrate knowledge across the value chain to drive P&L outcomes.
Support Supply Chain leaders through insightful analysis and value add propositions.Support month-end close processes and monthly reporting on Supply Chain performance.
Assist in preparation of monthly reporting.
Provide insights and commentary.Perform variance analysis and present outcomes to key stakeholders.Partner with the Operations team to establish a robust annual budget.Proactively participate in improving processes, tools and systems to improve controls and process efficiency.What will help you succeedPrevious Operations Finance exposure and analytical experience in a consumer product, supply chain or manufacturing environment.Solid experience with reporting and data analysis.
Being able to draw insights and tell the story behind the numbers.P&L and cashflow understanding.Critical thinking and a curious mindset.Strong communication and influencing skills.Being comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.Passion for process improvement.Nice to have (but not essential)FMCG, supply chain, operations, manufacturing industry experience.CPA/CA qualification.What we're about
