We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.The Senior Financial Analyst will provide day-to-day financial leadership to the Oncology team focusing on DARZALEX strategic priorities to drive growth as well as providing strategic support to operating expenses.Key responsibilitiesGo-to finance partner for DARZALEX cross-functional partners and the Oncology Sales organizationDevelop and shape DARZALEX sales and strategic investment forecasts, track sales and investment impacts due to competitive dynamics and market events. Influence cross-functional partners regarding investment decisions to drive value and deliver resultsCorrelate sales performance to brand strategy and market factors (demand trends, competitive intelligence, policy, data releases)Own forecasting/Integrated Business Planning cycles and quarterly close activities (including the Darzalex Investor Relations package) for Darzalex and the Oncology Sales organization, ensuring financial and business compliance requirements are metOwn ad-hoc analyses and develop executive framing, with opportunities to present directly to Oncology president and other senior leadershipIdentify process improvements and provide recommendations on key focus areas Qualifications:RequiredA bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.At least 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required.PreferredA CPA, CMA, or other financial certification is preferred.Experience and skills:RequiredCandidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.This position requires a highly-motivated individual with intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.Individual must work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively take on leadership roles.Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are required to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and formulas.The ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to all areas of the organization including executive leadership.PreferredStrong financial analysis, business partnering, team building, and influencing skills are preferred.Other:The position is located in Horsham, PAMay require up to 10% local travel to our Titusville, NJ location.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
