Working closely with our senior leaders, you will be a conduit between finance and our management team where you will be responsible for driving financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is a crucial addition to the business where you will provide detailed analysis to support decision-making and drive the annual budget process.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.7+ years of experience with financial planning and analysis or similar.Strong business acumen and the ability to provide valuable insights to influence key stakeholders.A high-degree of professionalism and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior management.Experience working with PowerBi or equivalent analysis tools.An analytical mindset and a track record of using data to identify trends and drive decision making.CPA or CA qualification will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?At CPP, our people are our most important asset.
