We are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Accounts Officer who will be the engine of financial operations – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking transactions. Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations, this role will be key in ensuring the integrity and timeliness of the delivery of Finance Operations across transactions for the Foxtel Group.
Role & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for reviewing and approving weekly accounts payable payment filesAssist with accounts payable cash forecasting as requiredReview and approve daily customer refundsResponsible for the follow-up on overdue accounts and managing debt recovery processesAssist with auditing of expenses and travel as requiredAssist with administration of payroll processes under the supervision of the payroll managerSupport process improvement projects as required to ensure operational efficiencyYour experience4+ years' similar experience, ideally in a large corporate organisationExtensive experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactional proceduresERP and Expense Management systems experience, experience managing multiple systems highly desirableStrong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial dataAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to set priorities and manage multiple task functions simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing organisation, managing competing prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to build rapport with key stakeholdersA career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Hubbl, Kayo, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
