Position Profile: We are seeking a Senior ICT Field Support Officer.
This role is responsible for:
Providing high level information technology and communications support and advice to clients.Coordinating day-to-day ICT support functions, including task assignment, incident escalation and resolution and queue management.Developing and maintaining the clinical and business information systems to support the operations and strategic information needs of the Region.Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.
