THE FUTURE IS WHAT WE MAKE IT. As a Senior Field Service Technician, your focus will be to provide team support and assist other team members in the delivery of work to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise).Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and third-party systems).Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.Minor project management of service projects and small works including high-level management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.Pre-sales support for implementation projects.Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.Day-to-day servicing, calibrations, and maintenance including diagnosis, repairs, faults, programming, and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant.Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces.Estimates materials costs and quantities.Key Experience & Capabilities: 3-4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment.NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential.DDC experience: Knowledge of DDC and controls systems.Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.Instrumentation experience: Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications.Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures.Commissioning experience: Knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer, and we support a diverse workforce.
