Senior Field Service Technician - BMS & Security Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges
THE FUTURE IS WHAT WE MAKE IT. As a Senior Field Service Technician , your focus will be to provide team support and assist other team members in the delivery of work to customer sites.
Key Responsibilities: Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise) Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and third-party systems) Software load and configuration of Honeywell systems and other systems as required Minor project management of service projects and small works, ensuring project milestones are achieved Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks Pre-sales support for implementation projects Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients Day-to-day servicing, calibrations, and maintenance, including diagnosis, repairs, faults, programming, and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevant Navigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfaces Estimate materials costs and quantities Key Experience & Capabilities: 3-4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipment NV 1 or baseline clearance is essential DDC experience: Knowledge of DDC and controls systems Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching Instrumentation experience: Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applications Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures Commissioning experience: Knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plant Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer, and we support a diverse workforce.
