Senior Field Service Technician - BMS & SecurityInnovate to solve the world's most important challengesTHE FUTURE IS WHAT WE MAKE IT.As a Senior Field Service Technician, your focus will be to provide team support and assist other team members in the delivery of work to customer sites.Key Responsibilities:Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g. HVAC, BMS control, and third-party systems)Software load and configuration of Honeywell systems and other systems as requiredMinor project management of service projects and small works, ensuring project milestones are achievedCarrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasksPre-sales support for implementation projectsGuaranteeing customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipientsDay-to-day servicing, calibrations, and maintenance, including diagnosis, repairs, faults, programming, and commissioning in air conditioning and DDC control systems as relevantNavigate and interrogate BMS / Security / ICT interfacesEstimate materials costs and quantitiesKey Experience & Capabilities:3-4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of technical equipmentNV 1 or baseline clearance is essentialDDC experience: Knowledge of DDC and controls systemsElectrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switchingInstrumentation experience: Knowledge of instrumentation devices and control applicationsKnowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and proceduresCommissioning experience: Knowledge of DDC / Mechanical plantHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer, and we support a diverse workforce.
