This position is responsible for the delivery of FBT projects, ensuring all FBT compliance requirements are met.
It is also responsible for ensuring all FBT system requirements are maintained and/or amended with the aim of improving efficiencies and enhancing integrations.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Managing one of the two key FBT project streams (Novated or Corporate), rotated on an annual basis.Ensure the delivery of FBT year-end requirements are on time and within SLA's.Prepare FBT reporting for non-vehicle salary packaged benefits.Assist with training all relevant SG Fleet Group Australia staff on our FBT reporting capabilities and the use of our systems to ensure accurate FBT, LCT, and Luxury Levy reporting to customers.Work with key stakeholders as the FBT subject matter expert (SME) in implementing change initiatives.
Prepare and deliver work instructions, training material, and reference material relating to any system and/or change initiatives as required.Conduct User Acceptance testing as it relates to FBT, LCT, and Luxury Levy management when required.Manage auditing and compliance for all salary packaged benefits, such as novated leases, remote area benefits, and car parking.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
Strong practical and technical knowledge of FBT and LCT legislation and how it is applied within a Fleet Management Organisation.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to develop, implement and manage large data sets.Excellent interpersonal skills with proficiency in business writing.Advanced Microsoft skills (i.e.
