What This Role OffersOpportunities for professional development and growth within the firm, including access to external support such as training and coaching.A variety of responsibilities including:Leading complex Family Law matters including property settlements, parenting disputes, and divorce.Representing clients in court with confidence and clarity, handling all aspects of litigation from case preparation through to advocacy.Providing strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively communicated and protected.Managing your caseload autonomously, with the support of our experienced Directors, Lawyers and Support team.Developing and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the ongoing growth and expertise of the firm.Building strong client relationships by offering personalised and empathetic legal support.A competitive salary package commensurate with experience.A chance to live and work in the stunning Gold Coast, offering a unique work-life rhythm.Who We're Looking ForYou'll fit here if you're self-motivated and value both your independence and your role as a team player.

It goes without saying: you'll love to litigate, provided it is focussed on client outcomes.
At least 8 years' PQE in Family Law is essential.
Specialist Accreditation in Family Law is preferred.
You must already have the right to live and work in Australia.
