Senior position providing supervision, support and servicesPermanent, part-time, 3 or 4 days (negotiable)Based in KewExciting opportunity for an experienced senior Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner at our Kew centre to join Relationships (RAV) in this important role with staff who have been delivering effective client focused services and outcomes for over 70 years in Victoria.About RAVRAV is a secular, community-based, not-for-profit organisation with no religious affiliations who have been providing services to the Victorian community for over 70 years. RAV provides services from centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.About the roleReporting to the Senior Manager Kew, your responsibilities include provision of supervision and support to other FDR Practitioners and to provide FDR services to separating parents, arrangements for children, property and finances and support for parents with separation issues all within a limited time frame.This position is based at our Kew centre with the expectation to work a late evening on a regular basis to deliver services to meet the community needs. This is an ongoing, part-time position with opportunity to negotiate either three (3) or four (4) days per week.Skills, experience and qualificationsAccreditation as an FDR Practitioner pursuant to Regulations 5 and 6 Family Law (Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners) Regulations 2008.Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution or equivalent qualifications in Conflict Resolution.Registration as an FDR Practitioner with the Attorney-General's Department.Several years of FDR, family law mediation and/or dispute resolution experienceExperience in providing supervision to FDR practitioners.Experience with property and finance mediation is highly desirableWhat we offerA competitive salary package is on offer to the successful candidate with a base salary range pro-rata of $101k to $109k per annum, superannuation, and access to salary packaging.
