About the role: As the Senior Facilities Services Officer you will provide operational and specialist advice and support to various areas of the department regarding infrastructure, planning and asset management related business activities, systems, policies, projects and programs of work.
Responsibilities include: Assist with the preparation, analysis and presentation of data to ensure regular and accurate reporting on related activities. Manage operational issues to ensure identified outcomes and timelines are met. Provide secretariat support to support project or program governance. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations of the work team. Undertake, from time to time, all other duties necessary to support the efficient and effective management of team objectives, timeframes and functions.
