Your New Role The purpose of the Senior Facilities Officer role is to efficiently and effectively deliver a comfortable and safe workplace environment which enables staff across the Aware Super office network to perform their roles. The Senior Facilities Officer reports into the National Facilities Manager and will engage with staff at all levels as well as liaising with external vendors and stakeholders and act as a co-ordination point for all office related issues and concerns.

Practical experience as a Facilities Officer in a medium to large office with supervisory skills. Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and customer service skills. Front of house experience. Strong priority management skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple pieces of work concurrently. You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
