About youExperienced Senior Facilities Manager with minimum 5 years' experience on premium commercial assetsTechnical background with extensive hard services facilities management experienceSignificant experience in building services upgrade worksProactive with Sustainability and Environmental performance managementSound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management with exposure to emergency power systemsExperience with transitioning assets from development stage to operational stage including managing the Defects Liability Period (DLP) process.About usAt CBRE, our people enjoy the opportunity of working in a global real estate and property services organisation with tremendous scale.
