Supporting our key clients' asset, you will ensure that Knight Frank continues to deliver leading edge Facilities Management services that meet and exceed the expectations of our client through your technical knowledge and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities :Provide operational leadership, manage and direct efforts to maintain an impeccable level of building presentation.Ensure optimal operation of building plant and equipment to improve NABERS ratings.Be the contact for technical advice, supporting the property management team and client and tenant customers.Implement, audit and maintain risk management procedures.Manage Operational expenditure budget preparation, forecasting and delivery.Maintain and be fully conversant with all Australian Standards, statutory and legal requirements directly related to building management service delivery.Provide recommendations to the client and property management team to continually improve operational efficiencies.Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, tenants and service partners.Ensure timely delivery of compliance, risk and sustainability targets and KPIs.Who we are looking for?At least 5 years' work experience and demonstrated success in a Facilities Management role within the property/building industry.Excellent presentations, verbal and written communication skills.A high level of financial aptitude, computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrable experience with HVAC and building controls management.Strong stakeholder management and relationship development skills.Experience in tendering for significant hard and soft services contracts.Experience in project management and delivery.Comprehensive commercial experience and knowledge of industry best practice, relevant codes and legislative requirements relating to facilities management.Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage competing priorities.Not the perfect fit?Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard.
