Blight Tanner has an opportunity for a Façade Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to join the StructuralTeam at Bligh Tanner.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

+ The Opportunity
Based in Sydney, your role will include the design and delivery of a wide and varied range of projects.
You will be given the opportunity to run projects and liaise directly with clients.
At Bligh Tanner you will get hands on support from the directors and your peers including senior engineers.

This role would suit a person that is passionate about structural engineering and design.

We are looking for someone withinitiative, who has a keen interest in innovative engineering, competent in keyareas of practice and the capacity to manage projects with a focus on clientsatisfaction and quality project outcomes.
You will be expected to maintain andgrow relationships with clients, architects, local governments, andcollaborators.
You will take responsibility for the commercial factors forfaçade projects focusing on project outcomes.
You will provide mentoring tothose in your team and assist in their growth.
This challenging role will vary from timeto time based on the needs of our clients and the strategic direction of thebusiness.
+ What we would Like
Minimum 8 years' experience in facadesRelevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Engineering)
Expert in relevant analysis software programs (Strand 7, Spacegass)
Strong experience in façade engineering design particularly in Architectural buildings, infrastructure, and institutional projectsStrong proposal writing skills and winning work
Developing new documents (Scheme Design Reports, F3P1 PBDB, Remedial Specifications)Chartered Professional Engineer
