In addition to managing traditional executive functions, the role works closely with the media, design, and corporate communications teams to deliver on strategic communications priorities. The position requires the ability to operate independently within a complex, fast-paced environment while fostering strong, positive, and professional relationships with the Director, support staff, and key stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous skill development are essential for success in this dynamic role.On a day-to-day basis, you will:Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Director and Senior Leadership team.Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships including with the CEO office, Executive Leadership team across LXRP and VIDA.Identify areas for process improvement to support the Director and Strategic Communications team.Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing team and corporate events including handling logistics and overseeing event planning.Manage complex reporting requirements for the Strategic Communications team.The role reports to Jane Wharton (Director, Strategic Communications) who has been at LXRP for 5 years and has 20 years' experience as a communications professional. Jane's leadership style is best described as supportive, motivating, and encouraging.
