Senior Executive Assistant to the Commissioner PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)
Government - State (Government & Defence)
Package up to $131,847 pa. Package includes salary range ($106,025 pa to $117,363 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading About the role: Provides high level executive support to the Commissioner and Executive Leadership Team, including drafting of correspondence and working collaboratively with the Minister's Office, Senior Executives and Staff, and other Emergency Services and Government departments. The role works independently in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and demands.
About you: Experience providing executive support to Senior Executive and/or senior leadership. Demonstrated experience in the appropriate management of confidential, complex and contentious information Qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Administration), or equivalent relevant expertise. Drivers Licence. During periods of major fire/rescue activity, the incumbent may be required to support operational management activities consistent with their skills and background. We also run prevention and preparedness programs to prevent these emergencies and reduce their impact on the community.
