This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside the CEO to ensure her week is scheduled, planned and prepared for all contingencies.
As a trusted partner and coordinator, the Senior Executive Assistant supports the CEO and also provides mentorship to the Executive assistants, fostering collaboration, and championing professional development.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
Strong support to the CEO ensuring at all times she has correct information, schedules and briefs for her scheduleSupport to the efficient running of the office through collaboration, coordination and administrationPrepare meeting briefs for 'meet and greet' requestsCoordinate Executive reporting for review by the CEOCreate agendas, action and decision log, out of session and annual planner for the Executive Committee (ExCom) monthly Executive MeetingsMonitor all inboxes and prepare correspondence to action items.Manage the filing system and various registers such as claims, leave, and signature approvals etcManage the CEO's diary for events and help to conduct reconnaissance for the CEOComplete detailed itineraries for all CEO meetings – including venue details, travel arrangements, pre-meeting briefings, papersAct as VIP host for CEO MA events such as launches, celebrations, etc.Act as a liaison for the Board Chair, regarding travel, meeting requestsDesign, plan and organise various annual internal events such as leadership offsites, Chairman's Dinner, Christmas functions etc.Liaise with government departments, external agencies and other relevant bodies in relation to scheduling for CEOProvide supervision, coaching, subject matter expert support and training for the Executive AssistantsRequirements for Success Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline or equivalent experienceExtensive experience in providing Executive Assistant support to senior leaders in a similar sized organisationExcellent knowledge and high proficiency, using current office technology, equipment, and computer software packages such as the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent critical, creative thinking and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detailFlexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situationsAbility to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot and to meet critical deadlinesBefore starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
