As the Senior Executive Assistant (EA), you will be part of a dynamic and motivated team and will be supported to achieve your best. You will be comfortable with collaboration and negotiation, building sustainable and positive working relationships and participating in a range of tasks.
Position Requirements: Demonstrated Ability: To be a positive contributor to a small, dynamic, multidisciplinary team with a genuine commitment to a collaborative and service-oriented team environment. High-Level Communication Skills: Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills, including the desire and ability to build effective working relationships that support collaborative communication, consultation, and negotiation skills. Research and Analysis: Demonstrated well-developed ability to research, analyse, and provide accurate advice based on evidence. Autonomous and Team Work: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member, meet deadlines, establish priorities, and successfully contribute to organisational objectives. Project Coordination: Demonstrated well-developed skills to coordinate and contribute to complex projects and activities. Digital Skills: Ability to work digitally as we are a paper-light department, or an ability to rapidly acquire these skills. Equity and Diversity Contribution: Contribution to workplace equity and diversity that enriches our culture of innovation, respect, and inclusion. Every staff member is expected to role model leadership behaviours. This role requires the leadership capabilities of an Individual Contributor as outlined in the Leadership Competencies for Queensland booklet.
