Senior Event Producer

The Company: This leading events agency in Sydney delivers some of the best corporate events in Australia! This agency operates with the belief that how a brand communicates is not built around what they say, but the experiences that they create and share with audiences. They are looking for a Senior Event Producer to join their team!
Position Terms: Full-time permanent role, hybrid workingSalary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus super depending on experienceOccasional domestic travel for events requiredThe Role: The Senior Event Producer will be responsible for leading the project and event management of key projects for 2 major clients, including roadshows, award shows, and conferences. They will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary teams on each project, ensuring that each event is delivered on time and exceeding client expectations.
Key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the creative strategy & events strategyWorking with the client on their brief and moving from conceptualisation through to project planningDelivery of all the event logistics and managing of the projectClient relationship management and communicationsBudget management and reportingProducing critical paths, timelines, run sheets, contractsSourcing suppliers and handling contractsManaging live show productions on stageManaging multi-disciplinary teams for each project, including creatives, sponsorship managers, associate producers, production managers, etc.Managing on-site staff and suppliers as well as speakers and performersThe Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills with strong attention to detail. Experience managing conferences and award shows is essential. Experience working within an agency environment is desirable.
Experience working within an Events Agency as an Event Producer with experience managing client relationships.Exceptional client and supplier relationship management skills.Experience working in production and understanding technical requirements is desirable.Be highly motivated and results-driven with exceptional organisational skills.Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience.Creative with an ability to write concepts, scripts and develop proposals.Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills.Energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, inspiring and results-driven.Be proactive and able to make decisions.Sound budget management experience.Sound judgement and decision making.Ability to work outside of normal business hours for events when required.Ability to travel interstate for events when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
