Looking for an experienced Senior Event Producer to join a global creative events agency, to lead a variety of event projects for award-winning brands.

Located in an inner-city suburb of Sydney, we are now seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Event Producer to join their team of talented Producers and Production Managers.
The role:Reporting to the Head of Production, you will work across a portfolio of global clients as the Project Lead, from brief through to execution.
You will collaborate with the creative team, production team, and event producers, while project managing the successful delivery of unique event projects and brand experiences Australia-wide.
You will contribute to concept development and ideation, pitch delivery, strategic content development, through to final production.You will be responsible for delivering complex, medium to large-scale projects for highly discerning global and local clients.Manage and source venues and suppliers to maximise value and margin.Key Account management of clients, respecting stringent brand guidelines while often dealing with multiple stakeholders.Full responsibility for project budgets up to circa $2mil and cost control.Post-event analysis and reporting.You will assess and allocate resourcing for a project that aligns with project requirements, feasibility, and budget objectives.Semiregular travel required.Lead, coach and mentor team members of varying levels of skill and experience.Candidate profile:You will have a minimum of 5 years agency experience as an Event Producer/Senior Producer.Demonstrated expertise in complex creative live events and production.Highly developed and demonstrated project management skills, ability to work with deadlines and to prioritise tasks.You will be a strategic thinker, a team player and passionate about delivering the best in all elements of your projects.In-depth knowledge of venues and suppliers in key Australian locations.You will be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail.Proven experience with creating, managing and reconciling large budgets.Experience in Procim software is highly regarded.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders including clients, staff, and third-party suppliers.Able and willing to mentor and develop junior team members.Salary & benefits:Competitive salary of $110- $150K plus super - dependent on experience.Working in a growing global agency.Collaborative agency culture and flexible work arrangement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
