The opportunity As a Senior Evaluator, you will lead and contribute to a range of projects, working closely with other consultants across Allen + Clarke.
The work includes completing rapid reviews of stand-alone programs or projects, lapsing funding evaluations, multi-year, multi-site evaluations of complex policies, and supporting clients with discrete M+E components such as developing M+E Frameworks, Program Logics, and Theories of Change.
You'll need deep expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative techniques and tools.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and thrives on working with clients to identify their needs and deliverables.
About you We want to hear from you if you:
have 10+ years' experience undertaking high quality evaluations in Australia, ideally with Government clientstake an ethical approach to delivering evaluationshave extensive knowledge of a range of evaluation methods and approacheshave existing networks and links with government, NGOs and other evaluation practitionerscan plan, manage and lead high-quality evaluations from inception to completioncan manage multiple pieces of work at once and work successfully within a teamhave excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and concisely.Past experience in a consulting environment would be an advantage.
Given the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible for Australian government security clearance, which is limited to Australian citizens.
