We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.What you will be doingThe Senior Evaluation Analyst will work closely with the Evaluation Manager to plan, develop, and undertake evaluations of initiatives, models of care, pathways and guidelines across the NSW Health system. This position will have a key focus on the evaluation of larger scale high priority health system programs in addition to supporting the evaluation of other ACI programs.Evaluations will be designed to monitor progress, measure outcomes and assess impacts of programs and projects and identify areas that may benefit from improvement.This role will work collaboratively with all ACI Directorates, the Ministry for Health, Local Health Districts, Hospitals and health professionals to facilitate contribution to the evaluation process.Key Responsibilities:Undertake evaluation activities and reporting in accordance with associated evaluation plans.Develop monitoring and evaluation plans.Develop the methods, tools and project plans and undertake all aspects of ACI led evaluations.Support development of individual and organisational capacity to embed evaluation across ACI programs.Where required, support the process of commissioning external evaluations to ensure they are fit for purpose.Employment detailsEmployment Type: Full Time – Exempt (for a period up to 30 June 2026)Position Classification: Health Manager Level 3Remuneration: $122,850.00 – 139,559.00 per annum excluding SuperannuationHours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)Requisition ID: REQ536618How to applyYour application should include:a cover letter detailing your interest and how your skills and experience are relevant to this role, maximum of 3 pagesan up-to-date resume of no more than five (5) pages which clearly details your skills and experience as relevant to this role.address Selection Criteria / Question below in your application.Selection Criteria / QuestionsTertiary qualifications in a relevant field or health related discipline or equivalent experience.Extensive experience in conducting evaluation projects end-to-end, from the initial framing, to data collection, synthesis and reporting.Demonstrated experience in evaluation framing, including developing program logic and targeted key evaluation questions as well as identifying an appropriate evaluation approach and mix of methods.Demonstrated skills in qualitative and quantitative methods, including designing robust interview and survey questionnaires, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis.Strong project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, deliver on time and on budget.High level skills in written communication with the ability to synthesise evidence from multiple methods to answer evaluation questions and clearly articulate evaluative arguments.Closing date: Sunday, 15 December 2024
