You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of HBF's IT infrastructure within the Microsoft Modern Workplace ecosystem.
With your advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, Mobile Application Management (MAM), and Mobile Device Management (MDM), you'll provide secure and efficient solutions that support the organisation's goals, helping to transform and stabilise HBF's environment.
About the role Ensure uninterrupted end-user experiences, including virtual desktops, laptops, and mobility services. Drive upgrades, migrations, and evergreen scenarios to maintain system stability while focusing on future-state technologies. Oversee the creation, configuration, implementation, and administration of Cloud and Identity Management solutions, including Microsoft 365, Intune Management (MAM & MDM), and Entra platforms. Support the development of Conditional Access Policies and Entra ID protection policies to align with HBF's security standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Manage security protocols across HBF's Managed Operating Environment (MOE) and applications portfolio. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system lifecycles and knowledge sharing. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience as an Application Administrator or MOE Engineer. Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCTS, MCSA/MCSE) or equivalent technical qualifications. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Enterprise products, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Extensive experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) systems. Strong scripting abilities in PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch. Experience with Windows 11 migrations, user state migration, and software asset management. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
