Work amongst a Tier 2 high calibre team!About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator

to join our client's dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end estimation process, from evaluating tender documents to preparing detailed cost estimates and supporting the successful tendering and delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favourable pricing.
Support the tendering process, including preparing tender submissions and presenting to clients.
Hand over successful projects to the delivery team.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record working for Tier 2 OR 3 Head Contractors as a Senior Estimator Demonstrated track record in end to end estimation and bids Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
