Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for building projects, from initial concept to final completion.Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to estimate time, cost, materials, and labour.Develop comprehensive schedules that optimize project timelines and resource allocation.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure estimates align with project goals and budgets.Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering insights.Maintain and update a database of historical costs and productivity rates.Ensure all estimates and schedules meet relevant industry standards and company policies.Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Estimator and Scheduler within the building or construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.Benefits: Work-life balance and flexibility.Opportunity to grow with the company and work on a range of diverse projects.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Office location both NOR and SOR.An inclusive, supportive workplace.If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference, join the team today.
