Senior Estimator (Remedial Building)

The CompanyOur client is a large, well established, Tier 1 Remedial Building Company that has been specialising in Residential and Commercial Remedial projects and Re-cladding projects for over 50 years working across NSW and QLD.The RoleOur client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator with experience in Remedial Building to join their team. You will have Estimating experience in Remedial Building (Essential), and desirably Façade Re-Cladding works with a proven track record of estimating and successfully winning projects.What are we looking for?Tertiary Qualified in Engineering or ConstructionMinimum 6 + years previous experience estimating Remedial Building projects up to the value of $8 million in the Sydney marketExperience in preparing Bill of Quantities for Concrete Repair (Remedial), Protective Coatings, Waterproof Coatings, Facade works or other related Remedial Construction type activities - DesiredThorough understanding of the Remedial Building process - DesiredFull Australian working rights - No VISA sponsorship availableWhat's on offer for you?A great salary package, depending on your experience: $180k – $200k (base salary) per year + Superannuation + Company Car + Fuel Card / Tolls or Car AllowancePermanent Employment - Annual leave, Sick Leave, Paid Public HolidaysWork for a well established (50 + years), highly reputable company with good long-term relationships within the Remedial Building industryCareer progression into an Estimating Manager role.Work for a company that has a great supportive work culture.Work on exciting Remedial Building and Facade Re-cladding projects all across Sydney ranging from $2m up to $10m (Remedial Building projects) and $5m up to $40M (Facade Re-cladding projects).
