Qualifications & experience Preferably with a carpentry background you'll have minimum of 3 years Estimating experience with a reputable Insurance Builder, including Major Loss ($500K +)Possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.Demonstrate a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel.Excellent tech/computer skills with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast pasted environmentShow a stable employment history. Tasks & responsibilities Serve as a vital link between the company and our clients.Oversee submissions to our varied client base including Prestige and StrataAttend site and complete detailed assessments on domestic and commercial buildings inclusive of minor to major lossUndertake initial inspections, provide detailed causation reports and cost estimates and submit inline with KPI requirementsCollaborate closely with loss adjusters and insurers, monitoring approval rates.Manage client expectations, provide periodic updates, and ensure the best customer experience by building strong relationships through effective communication.
