About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Estimator - a critical role that requires technical proficiency, reliability and commitment to accuracy. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Provide pricing for steel frame modular construction through all stages, from sales to completion, using the company's software platform.Assist the Procurement Director in updating the Price File to reflect changes in costs as required.Maintain accurate recipes in the company's software platform.Collaborate closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of costings.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline estimating processes.About You: 5+ years of estimating experience in the residential building industry.A strong understanding of construction processes.
